Kathmandu - Lhasa Tour (7 Days)
Travelers who have limited time and want to visit Everest base camp (North Side) can take this tour. This your takes you to Lhasa via the Kathmandu - Lhasa high way (the friendship high way). One the way, we visit Sakya Monastery, Shigatse, Shalu Monastery and Gyantse.
This tour takes place throughout the year as travelers can go out to Kathmandu, Chengdu or other destination of main land China. We will manage Tibet permit and all other necessary documents for your trip.
This tour can handle either single traveler or for the groups as per your interest.
Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Kodari (6 hrs.) after immigration formalities in Zhangmu-2300 m, continue drive to Nyalam-3450m.Overnight Guest House
Day 2: Nyalam - Tingri (4350 m.),Overnight Guest House
Day 3: Tingri - Everest Base Camp (4920 m.),Overnight Guest House
Day 4: Everest Base Camp - Lhatse (3950 m.),Overnight Guest House
Day 5: Lhatse - Shigatse via Sakya Monastery (3900 m.),Overnight Hotel
Day 6: Shigatse - Shalu Monastery - Gyantse (3950 m.),Overnight Hotel
Day 7: Gyantse - Lhasa ( Tour Ends).
Note: We could extend this tour as per the clients desire. It is also possible to start this tour from Lhasa and ends in Kathmandu.
